The benefits of yoga aren't just for adults. This instructional program by dancer and yoga master JoAnna Ross teaches yoga basics to kids ages 2 to 6. Twelve children join Ross for a warm-up and sun salutations followed by 12 simple yoga poses. Each easy-to-follow move is clearly demonstrated in a fun, supportive manner. As kids learn the routine, they also develop self-confidence and self-respect as well as flexibility and strength.
