Macon County Line

Louisiana, 1954. Brothers Chris and Wayne Dixon are mistaken for murderers, when the wife of a local Sheriff (Max Baer) is brutally killed by a pair of psychotic drifters.

This is an edgy B Indie from the 70's. It starts out with two brother on a road trip, up to no good, getting into some mischief, but mostly just having fun. There is a tension throughout the film that builds as it progresses. Viewers who are not fans of 70's cinema in general may consider it dated. I think this is about a 3.5* rating but I'm rounding up to 4* because I really do like movies from the 70's, and while this one is not the greatest, it is a good example.
