Dark Honeymoon

An all-star cast, including Daryl Hannah, Roy Scheider and Tia Carrere, headlines this thriller about a newly married couple who set off for a romantic honeymoon on the Oregon coast, where people begin to mysteriously die all around them. Though he's been head over heels for her since the start of their brief romance, the groom begins to suspect that his bride holds some dark and terrible secrets and may be behind the gruesome occurrences.

This movie had some high points that I enjoyed, like the seductive character played by Tia Carrere. Actually it's her I like more than her character. She is always a pleasure to watch. Eye candy for me. The movie vacillated between 2* and 3* stars most of the way through until the completely predictable and unsatisfying ending. I just had to roll my eyes and round down a 2.5* rating to 2*.
